Why I’m torn on this

The rooms are excellent with friendly staff and a well-stocked kitchen. The breakfast and happy hour offerings were impressive, a true lifesaver during our stay.

The internet was frustratingly inconsistent, causing significant disruption. We also faced room layout issues that made navigation cumbersome for our family.

We had an amazing week exploring the city, with Cooke Park just over a kilometer away for leisurely strolls and the Rochester Public Library nearby, perfect for a quiet break from sightseeing.

Homemade scones were excellent.

We had a decent time. The pool area was fantastic & clean, perfect for the kids after long days. The staff, especially the front desk, went above and beyond. I remember Heather really helped us when we checked in late.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but felt manageable.

The cozy lobby with its inviting fireplace warmed my heart, and the charming outdoor garden made me feel like I was in my own little sanctuary, perfect for unhurried chats with family or a good book.

A bit more seating would be lovely.

The One-Bedroom King Suite was super clean and spacious. Nice kitchen with everything you’d need. Beds were comfy, and it felt cozy. The cool part was the quietness—it really helped me unwind after long days. Just a bit more seating would have been nice, but overall it was a solid stay.

I encountered some annoyances during my stay. Although the rooms were comfy, I struggled to connect my device to the Chromecast, which was a bit frustrating. I also took issue with the high parking fees. they felt excessive, especially compared to other nearby options. Finally, the noise from the lobby was occasionally disruptive, particularly when large groups gathered.

The Staybridge Suites provided a clean and modern atmosphere, with a comfortable room that met all my business needs. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the Mayo Clinic. I found the breakfast to be exceptional, especially the homemade scones and perfectly cooked bacon, which greatly enhanced my mornings.

Parking was limited and expensive.

Our stay was for a medical visit, and we really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The breakfast and evening social hour added a nice touch, making our time after long days at the clinic relaxing and enjoyable.
